It is Important to EAT!

      As you see here is a picture of me, 15 lbs. gone and a smile on my face.  The smile well it is ok, but not actually what I was feeling inside when I looked at the picture.  I so did not want to put this up and I did because my partner told me that people need to see the beginning and the end.  I know I said I would share verything and I guess this is part of everything.  Pictures tell the truth and here is the truth it looked me in the face and scared me.  I was feeling great about the weight loss, and I still do.  I want people to know out in cyber world it is ok the work does pay off and still love and trust in yourself and you will see the changes.

     At 15 pounds lost I have energy, I no longer crave the soda I once drank on a rgular bases, and fast food well it is a thing of the past.  I know I started this blog 3 days ago, but I want people to know it took me one month to not want any of the crap I was placing in my body and I feel good about it.  I also want to state I felt like crap my body was and is still fighting me they would love for me to give up and let them have their good old comfort foods back, but it is not going to happen.

     Now speaking of eating, people I cannot stress enough the importance of eating.  EATING!!! people are reading this thinking eating , don't you think you eat enough.  Actually the answer would be no!  I ate 2x daily and that was it, my body stored the food I ate as fat and the food I ate was not of any nutritional value.  Eat people start your day off  with a good breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack also getting your water in.  People you are out there in the world spending all this money on gastric surgery, and diet guru's and it may work, but how healthy is it.  Gastric bypass will make you dependent on supplements the rest of your life and who knows what is in those pre packaged foods full of salt and things.

   This is going to take time and what I suggest like I did start with one thing and move on.  I started with soda and any sugary beverage I stopped them cold turkey and for thirty days I did not have any I put water in my body, and water flushes the system it is a great place to start.  I also start doing a small work out regime.  If you are big take it slow a ittle movement can mean a lot to a person who is not used to working out.  Sit in the chair and just raise your legs and arms,clean the house just move.  I am no gym rat but I tell you it makes you feel great when your done, you actually have mroe energy.

    Now eating again, your body is like your car, the car needs gas to run, oil to keep the mechanics running, transmision fluid to help with the gears and water so you do not over heat.  Damn smart I am lol,  Your body is the same gas, being the food you burn, eating inthe morning starts you off, and the water keeping the body moving the product around the body.  Imagine if you did not do this your body is in shock and wanting more to keep it going so it stores the food as fat to use another day and years and years of eating in a bad way cause a person to get big, then bigger. 

   So I eat breakfast cereal with fruit in the morning then a snack maybe a peach I love watermellon, then Lunch a big lunch because this is going to get you through the biggest part of your day a salad som chicken or tuna some sort of protein, then another snack and then a dinner and snack again that is lots of eating but it works.  I know I think the same as most obese people that is lots of food if I cut some out I will lose faster NO!!!! that is wrong eat to live and live to eat.  No need to live on lettuce, or try eating just meats,  No way eat all you can in the correct portion sizes.  Trust me a portion size is not what they serve at restaraunts and fast food places.  When it says a cup it is a cup not scoops, portions do not come in scoop sizes.  If you want to eat out, eat out but remember the food on your plate could be used for two meals almost. 

    My weight loss is showing and it mademe feel good to hear from my partners mom that I look good and she has not seen me in a while and wasvery proud and patted me on the back.  I want to be the pat on your back people out here in cyber world, because you all pat me on the back and encourage me to go on. 

  Ending this blog with EAT EAT EAT but EAT EAT healthy and wise read the labels and don't get sucked into diet this and diet that, those products have to add substitutes to make up for the things that are taken out.  Sugar is sugar, fat is fat just different names.  Glucose, Sucrose, and so on.  Read the labels look what your putting in your mouth and what your putting on the table for others to eat.

 

Always Love yourself ,respect yourself, because if you don't who the hell will.  It does not matter what you look like on the outside it is what is on the inside that counts.  Love Mirage
